【摘要】:ThispracticeisdesignedtoassistsuppliersandusersofreferencematerialsbyidentifyingtheinformationnecessaryonthecertificateofanalysisofmaterialsdesignatedforuseinASTMtestmethods.Thispracticeisspecificallydesignedtoensurethatmaterialssuitableforuseaseithercalibrationorqualitycontrolstandardsareavailable.Thispracticedoesnotdefineaspecificcertificationprotocol,butratherprovidesguidanceinthedevelopmentofadequatedatatosupporttheuseofthematerialaseitheracalibrationorqualitycontrolstandard.SuppliersarereferredtoISOGuide35forguidelinesonacceptablecertificationprotocols.EndusersarereferredtoISOGuide31foramorecompletedescriptionoftheelementsoftypicalcertificatesofanalysis.1.1ThispracticecoverstheinformationthatmustbeprovidedoncertificatesofanalysisofreferencematerialsdesignatedtosupportASTMmethods.Itprovidesendusersofthesematerialswithadefinedsetofdatathatisrequiredtobeonacertificateofanalysisandprovidesinformationtoassisttheenduserinevaluatingtheindependenceofthematerial.Similarly,itprovidesthesuppliersofreferencematerialswithaconsistentformatforthepresentationofcertificationdata.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
